The Forekaster is aimed squarely at modern short travel (100mm-130mm) trail bikes - aka the "downcountry" segment. Intended to be a "Goldilocks" tire, the Forekaster rolls fast but also provides solid cornering and braking traction in a broad range of trail conditions.

3CT features three different rubber compounds within the tread to balance grip, rolling speed, and durability
EXO casing provides protection on sidewalls for extreme cut and abrasion resistance while remaining lightweight and highly flexible
An aggressive XC trail tire that delivers excellent traction in loose and wet conditions
Widely spaced knobs provide excellent traction and shed mud quickly
Siped knobs conform to terrain and provide extra grip for secure cornering
