Presenting the revamped Shan 5 – Production Privée's flagship and most versatile model, which riders find an absolute joy. Now meticulously crafted in their Andorra facility, they've taken its performance to unparalleled levels. The latest version of the Shan 5 stands as a testament to a vision that Production Privée initiated three years ago, in partnership with Forestal, aimed at refining their production methodologies. Adhering to the core identity of the Shan N5, they incorporated a multi-material design philosophy. Steel, with its resilient and unique attributes, remains a dominant choice. By utilizing the specialized properties of the MCS 4130 heat-treated steel, they've struck an impeccable balance of mechanical strength and weight for the front triangle. Yet, the innovations didn't stop there. Aiming to uplift the frame's dynamic attributes, after extensive evaluations spanning from mechanical attributes to reliability, they embraced the carbon composite for the swingarm. With Forestal Group's profound expertise in carbon composites, they engineered a swingarm that's nearly half the weight of the earlier model, while simultaneously enhancing the frame's dynamic capabilities. This transition offers a plethora of advantages for riders. The diminished unsprung weight translates to a more vibrant suspension, and their bespoke carbon fiber lay-up technique allows them to pinpoint the desired stiffness for the frame. The end product? A bike that doesn't just feel lighter but is remarkably agile. They've broadened the frame's operational spectrum, ensuring improved pedaling efficiency without compromising its downhill competencies. *All frame orders include an injected TPU chainstay protector by default. Wheel Size: 29" Front Travel: 140mm - 160mm Boost Axle: 148mm rear Seatpost Diameter: 30.9mm Rear Brake: 180mm post mount Tire Clearance: 29x2.4" max Bottom Bracket: BB92 PF41 Chainline: optimized 32T chain ring 0mm offset (55mm chainline) Tapered Headtube: SHIS: IS42/IS52 Colors: Grey, Red, Yellow, Blue Sizes: S/M/L/XL Frame Warranty: Lifetime Warranty Production Privee Shan 5 Mountain Frame

**Build Kit Not as Pictured** Revel has finally added an appealing Gravel Bike to their bike line up! With years of innovating their mountain bike catalog they took their expertise to the gravel scene! The Rover is named after one of the most (in)famous trails in Alaska, Rover’s Run. Our Alaska roots run deep with this bike. Adam, Revel’s owner, grew up riding all over Alaska. And Jordan, the lead engineer for this bike, spent years living in Alaska. We can’t wait to go back and ride the Rover on Rover’s Run! . Revel’s newest gravel bike, the Rover, was a natural progression for the engineering team here in Carbondale. Following years of experience with titanium and carbon fiber bikes, we knew it wouldn’t be long until we brought our tried-and-true titanium gravel modern geometry and our carbon fiber molding abilities together to create one of the most capable gravel bikes on the market. Our engineers were able to work some magic giving the Rover one of the best combinations of tire and chainring clearance of any gravel bike, while retaining the fully guided internal cable routing that makes set up a breeze. With experience in titanium gravel bikes starting in 2016 with the release of the R+, Revel Bikes confidently turned to engineer a carbon fiber gravel bike while taking full advantage of the ability to shape the carbon exactly how we want. We set out to specially design a frame and fork, with just the right amount of dampening to smooth out those long days in the saddle. Prioritizing versatility in its use, we designed the Rover around the SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger and loaded the frame up with 4 sets of bottle bosses to ensure the Rover will be right at home at a gravel race start line or on backroads adventures. The Yeti 160E is new for 2022 as well as Yeti’s first jump into the E-bike world. Taking from what Yeti knows and conquers in the enduro racing world, the 160E is made to be the fastest e-bike ever. With 160mm of rear travel and 170mm of front, a Shimano EP8 motor with a 630watt battery, this combination is ready to go fast over any terrain. Yeti also created a new suspension platform on the 160E called the Sixfinity. Acting similar to Yeti’s designs in the past, this new Sixfinity design was made to make room for an e-bike motor. With two build kits and two colors to choose from, the only question is what build and color will you take? Why did it take YETI so long to make the 160e? Because Yeti thought it only wise that we heed the laws of physics. So we took the time to explore and build the 160E on an all new suspension platorm, we call Sixfinity. A ground breaking design with infinite tunability, sixfinity also allows us to address the added power, weight and unique demands of an E-bike. Sure it took us some time. From what we've learned along the way, it'll save even more. The first e-bike build for racing, the 160E breaks new ground. With geometry that effortlessly balances stability and agility, the Druid is a trail bike through and through. This bike is equally at home hammering out trail rides after work, ripping weekend shuttle laps, and crushing epic alpine traverses. This humble (on paper) trail bike boasts on-trail characteristics that don’t just punch above their class they defy classification altogether. A bike that delivers pedal-all-day efficiency when you want it and tech-descent-tackling confidence when you need it. A short travel trail bike by definition but a kilometer-crushing, chunder-devouring, fun machine by any other description. Druid V2 Frame Layout The second iteration of Druid see a shift to an inverted four-bar suspension design. This evolution was necessitated by our desire to retain the ride characteristics of the original Druid while achieving certain design goals. At the same time, we shed a little bit of weight from the main frame, whilst ensuring the bike still passes our rigorous testing regime. Hardware The bearing-in-rocker design of our new forged V2 Rate Control Linkage allows us to use locking collet axles and oversized bearings for easy maintenance and dependability. This option isn’t the lightest but trading a few grams for a long-lasting, easily serviced linkage, was the practical choice. Idler Pulley System Druid now sports an 18-tooth steel idler equipped with a solid lube bearing as standard. These changes, along with a refined tooth profile increase the idler’s longevity and ensure compatibility with the latest drivetrains. Our new idler, along with its modular mounting system is compatible and optimized for use with both 52mm and 55mm chain lines. Water Bottle Fitment Even our smallest Druid frame size can fit a full-size 26oz water bottle, regardless of your rear shock reservoir. Remember, hydration is your friend, but sweaty backs most definitely are not. Frame Protection A quiet bike is a fast bike and a clean bike is less prone to problems, so we developed a full suite of custom frame protection to keep the noisy bits quiet and the hard to clean bits free from crud. Cable Routing We don’t discriminate against rightys or leftys and our adaptable cable routing allows you to neatly route the Druid’s cables and hoses no matter where in the world you come from or with what hand you operate your rear brake with. New for V2 is the inclusion of clamping hose/cable ports on the rear triangle. This ensures no unwanted movement anywhere along the frame. Accessory Mount The ‘under the top tube’ mounting screws allow for the attachment of various accessory mounting solutions; pump, tools, a banana, the kitchen sink, go crazy, just don’t hang a water bottle there. Sensible Standards Threaded BB, Boost rear wheel spacing, press in headset cups – we only use what makes sense from a design and durability standpoint. You won’t find any questionable trends here – looking at you headset cable routing. Build Kit Not As Pictured Revel took one of our favorite bike in the line up and made it even better. The Ranger V2 features an all new rear triangle, links, hardware and SRAM’s UDH Derailleur hanger. The all new Ranger shares the effective and simple hardware design that we introduced with Rail 29". This time we took it a step further and gave the new Ranger a collet axle design with larger 15mm bearings on the lower rearward pivot. This allows for increased frame stiffness, more clearance, easier maintenance, and an even quieter ride. Revel created an all new set of links to take advantage of this hardware design. SRAM’s UDH derailleur hanger has been incorporated to keep Ranger compatible with the latest and greatest drivetrain technologies. Forbidden Druid V2 The Forbidden Druid was the Canadians brands first entry into the full suspension mountain bike market, and it came with a wave and an immediate cult following with its high pivot witchcraft. Now on its second iteration, Forbidden has only improved the Druid V2 to make it the ultimate trail bike.
