Since the Yeti SB150 came out for the 2019 model year, it has been a huge hit not only at Worldwide Cyclery but also all around the world. With Yeti riders like Richie Rude dominating some EWS races on it as well as being one of Nate Hill’s go-to bikes for his #followcamfriday videos, Yeti doesn't really need to make any changes. Instead, Yeti has decided to drop a new and very flashy color mid-model year to bring up the hype a bit. The new SB150 in Verde is a bright green that will sure to grab eyeballs at your local trail head and while riding. The new mid year color of the SB150 in Verde green is available to order now, so don't wait!
The SB150 is Yeti’s longest travel 29” bike and fits into its “race” category, meant to get you to the top but be the absolute fastest bike while going downhill. The SB150 as you could guess has 150mm of travel out back it is spec’d stock with a 170mm fork travel. Other key points to the Yeti SB150 is the 64.5 Headtube angle, 433mm chainstays, and 77 degree seat tube angle. Its long, fast, stable and won't flinch when you huck this into a rock garden. We have tons of reviews on the SB150, as well as some comparisons like the SB130 vs SB150 to see really what the differences are. Our employee Jared is on his third SB150 with different builds each time, but you can also take a look at one of his last Yeti SB150 builds as well. One of our favorite riders Nate Hill’s built his unique Yeti SB150 up with RockShox suspension and SRAM bits all over and pretty easy on the eyes as well.
