If you are a 1x rider and can't afford to drop a chain, the Wolf Tooth GnarWolf chain guide is for you. Designed specifically around 1x wide/narrow chainrings the GnarWolf will keep your chain glued to your chainring in the roughest and muddiest of conditions.
- Designed for use with round chainrings 28t-36t or oval chainrings 28t-34 on bikes with an ISCG-05 Mount
- Infinite vertical adjustment between 28t and 36t for round chainrings and 28t-34t oval chainrings
- Due to frame and bike geometry there will be some bikes that need modifications or flat out won't work - Here are the known exceptions: Ibis Mojo 3 (will not work), Ibis Ripmo (will not work), Ibis Ripley (will not work), Specialized Stumpjumper 2016-2017 models (works with 1mm of spacers between the frames ISCG05 mounts and the guide, washers not included), Evil The Following (will not work), Santa Cruz Tallboy (will not work)
- 8mm of chainline adjustment via Wolf Tooth's GuideLock quick adjustment system (No shims required)
- Specific guide shaping is optimized for use with elliptical and round chainrings
- Installation only takes a few minutes and all adjustments made easily with common 4 mm hex key
- Easy chain removal without losing any of the guide's adjustments
- Guide is designed for 1x use only and NOT compatible with crankset mounted bashrings
