  • The goal of Advent MX was to create a 10-speed group that would stand up to the hardest 10% of riders, and the microSHIFT engineers delivered. The Advent MX groupset has been completely redesigned to provide a new level of race ready performance. Shifting is about feel and precision, two things the Advent MX shifter exemplifies. With all new internals, the shifter engagement has been shortened from 12 degrees to 3 degrees, giving the shifters a snappier, more playful feel. The MX rear derailleur features microSHIFT's most robust linkage ever, with a beefy horizontal parallelogram and 33% stronger clutch force. In addition, the group includes the Advent MX G-Series 11-48t cassette that is the smoothest shifting, most durable cassette that they've ever made. That all starts with SpeedRamp, a series of discrete shifting ramps that move the chain quickly, quietly, and precisely under load.
    • The MX 10-speed trigger shifter features 4x quicker engagement compared to Advent X for ultra-fast shifting
    • Shifter's updated cable entry for fast and easy cable change out
    • The MX rear derailleur features a Horizontal Parallelogram to eliminate "ghost shifting" and reduce shift force while IGUS bushings improve lateral stiffness and longevity
    • Clutch is 33% stronger to ensure reduced chain slap and preventing dropped chains in even the roughest of terrains while the easy cable routing reduces friction for crisp, reliable shifting
    • MX G-Series 10-speed 11-48t cassette features SpeedRamp technology to deliver faster, quieter shifting
    • Thicker chromoly steel cogs from 11t to 28t provide a 500% durability increase over hi-tensile steel while the aluminum spider and 40t/48t cogs and 48t cog offer valuable weight savings
    • Replaceable small cogs extend service life
    • Nickel plated satin finish results in less visible wear
