Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a powder-based hydrogel fuel built for long-distance and long-duration efforts. Mixed with 200 ml of water, it creates a flask-friendly consistency that is thicker than Drink Mix and looser than Gel, giving athletes an efficient way to carry 120 grams of carbohydrates in one soft flask.

Gel Mix 480 uses Maurten Hydrogel Technology. Like Maurten Drink Mix, it is pH-sensitive and forms a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach, helping encapsulate carbohydrates and transport them through the stomach to be absorbed and used as fuel.
