Target locked on the top step of the podium and developed in the crucible of World Cup competition, the 40 is the definitive DH race fork. The GRIP X2 damper now offers more tunability and traction than ever before, ensuring the 40 stays planted in the hot seat. Once sold out, this color will not be restocked.

Riders reap the benefits of sitting higher in the travel while tires stay glued to the ground, cornering with increased traction and experience reduced fatigue
Lower leg bleeders allow atmospheric pressure equalization at the push of a button and the bypass channels increase volume to alleviate pressure ramping as the fork moves through its travel for better fork performance by increasing small bump sensitivity and responsiveness
The lower leg arch design of the 40 maximizes strength and steering stiffness for downhill performance while adding no unnecessary weight
Fitted with the proven and reliable FLOAT EVOL air spring
Floating thru axle allows perfect chassis alignment and reduces unwanted friction between the upper and lower fork legs, providing much smoother suspension movement throughout the entire range of travel
