Generative design-assisted lower leg arch shape increases torsional stiffness by 20%, while reducing overall material
Additional 30mm bushing overlap than the prior model 36, reduces chassis friction, increasing stiffness and boosting performance
New compliant FLOAT EVOL air spring design allows for a slight misalignment under load, reducing chassis friction noticeably
Lower leg bypass channels were relocated 90 inboard to a lower stress area, reducing dynamic friction under bending forces
Double-butted stanchion (on damper side) shaves weight, helping us achieve goal of zero weight increase
New air spring top cap for easier air volume adjustments, removable with cassette tool (Sold separately)
