The 240 DEG rear hub is designed for riders with the most extreme ambitions, featuring the DEG high engagement freehub systems to deliver a precise engagement and reduced angles and maximize reliability. The simultaneous full engagement of the ratchets provides a larger contact patch than pawl hubs, and thus a more balanced load distribution, resulting in higher reliability. On the trail, this transmits into a different angle in the backlash. The small idle distance at the cranks allows for more direct acceleration and improved efficiency.

Easily adjustable, low maintenance and adding no weight, DEG DF (Degrees of freedom) technology offers additional freedom in tuning the riding characteristics of your bike with reduced pedal kickback
The DF system gives you the freedom to find the right setup for different types of terrain or bikes without using any tools, choosing between 3 setup options: 0 , 10 and 20
The number of values that have the freedom to vary in the final result of a statistical calculation
