Revel Drops Two Big Hitters - Meet the ReRun eMTB, Ritual, and the Fresh 2025 Ranger

Revel Bikes is stepping into 2025 with some of their biggest launches yet—literally. On top of the Rascal SL update, two new long-travel bikes have joined the lineup: the ReRun, Revel’s first-ever E-Enduro bike, and the Ritual, a burly, pedal-friendly long-travel machine built for bike parks, enduro stages, and everything in between. Alongside these two new models, Revel has also given their XC/trail hybrid Ranger a fresh visual update with two sharp new color options.

Let’s get into it.

ReRun: Revel's First-Ever eMTB Is Here—And It's Still 100% Revel

After years staying away from the e-bike world, Revel has dropped the ReRun, and it’s clear they’ve done it on their own terms. The ReRun is a 170mm front / 165mm rear travel e-enduro bike built around a mixed-wheel setup (29" front, 27.5" rear) and powered by the lightweight Bosch Performance Line SX motor with a 400Wh battery. The focus? Keep things light, keep things playful, and keep the ride quality that Revel is known for. The builds run 45.2 lbs on the Treeline spec and 44.6 lbs on the Summit build.

What sets the ReRun apart is that it’s the only eMTB using the Canfield Balance Formula (CBF) and it's relatively light weight. Unlike many e-bikes that struggle to balance suspension performance with added motor weight, the ReRun’s CBF kinematics remain fully active under braking and consistent under power—delivering a ride that feels far more like a traditional mountain bike, just with more juice.

The ReRun is designed for riders who want long-travel confidence without e-bike bulk, and who still care about suspension quality, handling, and trail feedback. Whether you're heading out for a post-work rip or a full-day backcountry mission, the ReRun simply lets you ride more—no compromises.

Ritual: Big Travel, Bigger Capability

The Ritual is Revel’s new long-travel enduro platform—and it’s anything but one-dimensional. Built for 170mm front / 165mm rear travel, this is the bike for riders who want one rig that can handle shuttle laps, bike park days, enduro races, and still pedal back to the top without drama.

It rolls on a mixed-wheel setup (MX) for sizes small and medium, and full 29” for sizes large and XL, giving riders a geometry-optimized fit across the size range. Revel has introduced its new Ratio Fit Philosophy, which ensures a consistent ride feel regardless of frame size—a major step forward for fit and performance.

The Ritual also marks a turning point in Revel frame design. It’s the first to feature in-frame downtube storage, plus external accessory mounts, so you can stash your tools, tube, and trail snacks without adding bulky extras. Frame protection has been beefed up throughout for a quieter, more durable ride.

Perhaps most impressively, Revel reworked the linkage hardware entirely. All bearings now sit in the CNC-finished linkage rather than the frame, improving stiffness, precision, and bearing life while minimizing unwanted creaks or play. It’s a bike built to take a beating and keep charging.

Ranger: Two Fresh Looks for the Fastest XC/Trail Bike in the Lineup

While the ReRun and Ritual steal the spotlight with their big travel and new tech, the Revel Ranger quietly remains one of the most refined bikes in the brand’s lineup. Designed around 115mm of rear travel with a 120mm fork, it’s a full 29er platform that blends XC speed with enough trail capability to handle real-world terrain. Let’s call it the downcountry specialist.

For 2025, the Ranger gets a clean visual refresh with two new color options:

Revel Ranger Icy Blue De la Coal

The Ranger continues to use the CBF suspension platform, giving it an edge over traditional XC bikes when it comes to technical control and climbing traction. It’s still the go-to choice for riders chasing long days, big efforts, and reliable all-day performance.

CBF Across the Line

Whether it’s the lightweight ReRun, the rugged Ritual, or the efficient Ranger, all three bikes are built around Revel’s Canfield Balance Formula (CBF). It’s what makes their bikes feel so composed under power, so planted under braking, and so consistent through rough, unpredictable terrain.

CBF isn’t a gimmick—it’s a proven suspension layout that Revel has used since the very beginning, and it’s a big reason their bikes have developed such a loyal following among riders who care about ride feel.

Final Thoughts

With the launch of the ReRun and Ritual, Revel Bikes are now playing in the long-travel arena—both electric and analog—without losing sight of their core design values. These bikes are about more than just travel numbers or power—they’re built to ride hard, last long, and keep the trail feel intact.

The Ranger remains as solid as ever, now dressed in two fresh paint jobs to carry it into another season of fast miles and big adventures.

Three bikes, three very different use cases—but all unmistakably Revel.

Stay tuned for ride impressions and long-term reviews!
